Unfortunately, there are a lot of bad and outdated resources for Flash on the Web. Below are a number of the resources that I use--ones that I find to be well-written and updated regularly.
- Kirupa - Tutorials and support on using Flash
- Layer 51 Prototype - a resource for Flash prototype code
- Macromedia Weblogs - an XML new aggregator of Flash Blogs
- GoToAndLearn() - a free tutorial resource by Lee Brimelow
- OSFlash.org - a site dedicated to Open Source Flash
- Macromedia.com - Macromedia's official site
